We begin with a preliminary conversation, usually about 30 minutes, where we ask about the circumstances prompting your inquiry. If it appears that we could be of meaningful assistance, we outline what an engagement might involve, including timeframe and costs. If not, we often can suggest other firms or approaches that might be more suitable. This initial exchange carries no cost or commitment.
The study unfolds in several stages over 5-7 weeks. First, we clarify the specific questions you need answered and the decisions this information will inform. Then we conduct desk research on regulatory requirements, competitive landscape, and relevant consumer behavior data. Where appropriate, we arrange interviews with industry participants or local advisors. Finally, we compile findings into a report that addresses your questions directly and offers scenario-based recommendations. We present this in person when possible, to ensure clarity and answer follow-up questions.
The workshop typically runs 3-5 days, though we adjust based on the group size and complexity of the issues. We begin by having each participant articulate their view of the current situation and desired outcome. Through structured exercises, we identify areas of agreement and points of genuine disagreement. Rather than forcing consensus, we help the group decide which disagreements matter most and develop a framework for moving forward together. Each participant receives a written summary of conclusions reached and their individual action items. The process values honesty over harmony, as surface-level agreement often conceals problems that resurface later.
The partnership fee of ฿48,500 represents our standard monthly retainer for sustained advisory relationships. This covers quarterly strategy sessions, monthly check-ins, industry benchmarking access, and ad hoc consultation as needed. Project-based work beyond this scope is billed separately, though partnership clients receive priority scheduling. We review the arrangement annually to ensure it continues to serve both parties well. The relationship can be concluded by either side with 60 days notice.
All client engagements begin with a confidentiality agreement that remains in effect indefinitely. We do not discuss client work publicly unless specifically authorized to do so. Notes and research materials are stored securely and destroyed according to agreed timelines. When conducting research that involves interviews with third parties, we obtain client approval before any outreach and maintain anonymity regarding who commissioned the work. This discretion extends to our advisory partnerships, where ongoing access to sensitive information requires absolute trustworthiness.
Our three core services address the majority of situations we encounter, but we recognize that each organization faces particular circumstances.
