Vantara emerged from conversations among several consultants who had worked at larger firms and noticed a recurring pattern. Clients often received recommendations that looked impressive in presentation decks but proved difficult to implement. The analysis moved quickly, the deliverables arrived on schedule, but the underlying problems persisted.
The founders recognized that meaningful strategic work requires a different approach. Organizations facing genuine uncertainty need more than polished reports.
